How to measure yourself
Follow these simple steps using a soft measuring tape:
1. Chest / Width: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape flat and snug—but not tight. To measure just the front width, place the tape from one armpit to the other across the front of your chest, staying level and straight.
2. Shoulders: Start at the outer edge of one shoulder, measure across the upper back to the other edge.
3. Sleeves & Length: For sleeves, measure from the tip of your shoulder down to your wrist along the outside of your arm.
For body length, measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the neck) straight down to where you want the top to end — typically just below the waistline.
4. Waist: Wrap the tape around the narrowest point of your waist—typically just above the belly button.
5. Hips: Stand straight and measure around the widest part of your hips.
6. Inseam / Leg Length: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the ankle.
Note: Manual measurements may vary by 1–3 cm.
