Delivery Time

Purchased items may take 5 to 10 days to arrive (sometimes longer depending on availability). Processing time is typically 1–4 business days.

Additional Information

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after cutoff times will be processed the next business day.
  • No deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays.
  • Customs duties are included in the total price for international orders.
  • Items from different designers may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Refund & Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not send returns back to the sender/manufacturer address.
  • Contact us to initiate a return. Once approved, we will provide a return label and instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If returning items over $20, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • Items are not in their original condition, or have missing parts not due to our error.
  • You did not receive your product within 75 days from order date.

Delivery Failure Notice

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order cannot be delivered due to address issues or no one being available at the time of delivery, a new order must be placed.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase.

Note: Delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company — posting delays may occur.
  • Contact your bank — processing time may vary.
  • If you've done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@pitchrad.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@pitchrad.com.

Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location.
